"It's A Wrap" @ the COLLECTIVE is for emerging, younger artists.  The exhibition consists of fine art along with a mixture of design stuff, street art, jewellery, and more. Also the COLLECTIVE has Coffee, Wifi and DiRTY COLLECTIVE’s range of merchandise available.

This is the COLLECTIVE's affordable art exhibition and the prices are no higher than R1700!

It's A Wrap (end of year show at the COLLECTIVE)

the COLLECTIVE, for it’s first festive season, brings you an exhibition unique in its own right.  The COLLECTIVE invites all interested artists to please submit their works for our final exhibition of the year titled “It’s A Wrap”.

The criteria are as follows:

All art must be original, of good quality and ready for hanging that will sell for under R1 500 (including gallery commission). All selected items will be charged our introductory price of R10 per piece and a 38% commission charged on all works sold.

We are accepting work and items of the following nature:

·       Fashion  & Accessories (one-off pieces and Vintage attire)

·       Street Art (all art relating to the culture)

·       Jewellery

·       Retro House hold Items

·       Prints

·       Photography

·       New Media

·       Rare Books

·       Ceramics

·       Vintage Toys

·       Local CDs

Please bring all artworks to the COLLECTIVE gallery between 21^st November and 25^th November 2011 during gallery hours. The exhibition will open on Wednesday 30^th November 2011 at 6 pm and close on January 21^st 2012. If you have a problem bringing in your works on those specific days, then please contact us for an alternative arrangement.
